Passaparola Espresso Tuono
Passaparola Espresso Tuono – “the thunder” – truly lives up to its name. This particularly strong espresso blend is roasted in a dark Neapolitan style and stands for intensity, fullness and a distinctive aroma that lingers for a long time.
In the cup, a complex flavor profile unfolds: strong notes of dark chocolate meet caramelized walnut, accompanied by hints of tonka bean and a malty warmth. The careful, slow roasting process ensures a very low acidity and highlights the aromas particularly clearly and harmoniously.
The high Robusta content also gives Tuono a dense, hazelnut-colored crema and a pronounced body. This makes the espresso ideal both as an intense stand-alone espresso and as an excellent base for cappuccino or latte macchiato.
Caffè Cortese Espresso Napoletano
This espresso from Caffè Cortese is a composition of selected Arabica and Robusta beans. Gently yet intensely roasted, the blend gives Napoletano its particularly full-bodied flavor and pronounced intensity. The high Robusta content also ensures an especially dense, long-lasting crema that remains in the cup for a long time.
In terms of flavor, notes of dark chocolate stand out, accompanied by slightly woody nuances. Thanks to the extremely low acidity, the espresso feels pleasantly round and balanced.
Napoletano works perfectly as a strong base for cappuccino or latte macchiato, but also makes an excellent espresso on its own – whether in the morning or in between.
