SHAMAL Di Giampolo Caffè
Caffè Di Giampaolo has given each blend its own wind. Shamal is a summer wind in the Arab region, which blows particularly strongly in the morning and at midday, and this is the case with this coffee. Ideal for a morning coffee.
The Shamal blend is, of course, roasted using a gentle process and a drum roaster. Each variety is roaster individually and according to its own roasting profile.
The roast is medium, so the acids contained are very mild for an espresso, leaving more room for the other flavours to develop.
If you want a versatile espresso in your cup, Shamal is the best choice. The different arabica varieties offer intense fruity notes combined with a multitude of nutty and chocolate flavours.
In the cup, it glows with a beautiful hazelnut colour. Light floral and fruity aromas rise to the fore. This fruity blend is rounded off by notes of dark chocolate and caramel. It flows thick and creamy, creating an explosion of flavours on the palate.
Thanks to its exceptional quality, Caffè Di Giampaolo Shamal has been certified Espresso Italiano by the INEI (Instituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano). The institute has been protecting and promoting genuine espresso since 1998.
Di Giampaolo Caffè Espresso Maestrale - Espresso Italiano
250g whole beans
Mixing ratio: 80% Arabica beans / 20% Robusta beans
For the Espresso Maestrale, Di Giampaolo Caffè uses only the best and most demanding roasters. Only a perfect craft can create such a unique blend. Fruity notes of pineapple and citrus fruits characterise this espresso. The sensory analysis shows an extraordinary freshness given by the balanced acidity. The medium-strong drum roast and the Robusta content give the Maestrale a beautiful crema. It is best enjoyed pure as an espresso or blended with hot milk foam as a cappuccino.
The unique personality of this coffee has been rewarded with one of the highest honours that can be bestowed on an espresso: the certificate for the official Espresso Italiano. It is awarded by the INEI (Istituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano) and only reaches the very best espressos in Italy. The institute has been protecting and promoting the real espresso since 1998.
Di Giampaolo Caffè Espresso Libeccio
250g espresso coffee, whole beans
Mixing ratio: 70% Arabica beans / 30% Robusta beans
Caution danger of addiction!
The Libeccio blend of Di Giampaolo has an extremely strong aroma of nuts and dried fruit. Notes of hazelnut, honey and soft caramel are noticeable on the tongue. The optimal balance of strong and sweetish makes the Libeccio so incredibly smooth. You drink a cup of this liquid gold and want to enjoy another one straight away. The relatively low caffeine content is very beneficial.
The Robusta content of 30% provides the necessary spice and gives the Libeccio a great crema in the cup. You can certainly taste that masters have been at work here. Only the best of the best are able to create such a delicacy from raw beans. In this case, an attempt would not only be worthwhile, it is in our opinion a must.
SCIROCCO Di Giampaolo
250g bag of whole beans
The Scirocco blend is all about balance. A light, pleasant acidity as well as a slight bitterness and spicy flavours are present in this blend. All this in a very balanced way, as these characteristics are barely perceptible and complement each other perfectly. A beautiful marriage, a beautiful harmony! Scirocco has a very intense aroma, with notes of pastries, biscuits and toast. A touch of nuts, such as hazelnuts and almonds, is also perceptible at the end of the tasting. Extremely delicate and full-bodied, this excellent blend will take you on a magnificent gustatory journey. The result of a true art of roasting, it tastes best when complemented by a little hot milk foam. But Scirocco is also a real treat when enjoyed straight as an espresso. The well-proportioned Robusta beans provide an excellent crema.
