MilleSoli Organic Espresso Beans

Bag of 250g whole espresso beans

Blend (60% Arabica / 40% Robusta) - The organic Arabicas come from Guatemala, Mexico and Honduras supplemented with a share of Canephora (India).

From MilleSoli, the Sicilian family-owned company with tradition and know-how The almost 100-year-old roasting tradition, the commitment to their ancestors and the many MilleSoli lovers, serves Mille Soli daily as a benchmark for their actions. MilleSoli is produced in the protected and patented TRIROAST roasting process. This process allows the beans to be roasted for a much longer period of time, bag by bag, over an open fire at a low temperature. Due to this particularly long roasting time, MilleSoli has considerably fewer tannins and bitter substances as well as a reduced caffeine content, making it very light.

Stage 1

The green coffee beans are roasted for 5 minutes. This removes the residual moisture from the beans and gives them a honey-yellow complexion. The beans smell of fresh mint and dried dates.

Step 2

After a recovery phase in a three-minute 12 °C cold air-mist bath, the second roasting phase begins. At around 205 °C the coffee beans now take on a hazelnut brown colour and the typical aroma of freshly roasted coffee is emitted.

Stage 3

Following the further cooling phase, the last and most important phase begins. Here everything depends on the roasting master. The bean now gets its classic chocolate colour and only the roasting master can estimate when the beans are ready. His trained eye and many years of experience are the guarantee for the optimum degree of roasting and first-class quality.

The result:

MilleSoli Espresso Caffè Bio has a full body with a lively and intense aroma. Added to this is a fruity note of dark berries and some caramel. Nutty and chocolaty hints, remarkable aftertaste.

"The punk among espressos". An absolute delight for gourmets!
