Heat-resistant glass jug for the Cold Brew preparation. The ground coffee is poured into the close-meshed filter and then filled with room temperature water. Afterwards, the finished brewed "Cold Brew coffee" can be served directly from the glass jug.

Simply prepare Cold Brew Coffee with cold or room temperature still water, tap water or filter water. Without the effect of hot water, only a very small proportion of acid and a fraction of the bitter substances are dissolved during this very slow extraction of the coffee powder. Especially the fruity, sweet and nutty flavors of the coffee unfold during this process.
Nothing is more refeshing in the summer than a Clod Brew Coffee.

Preparation:

• Use your favorite coffee (best use gently roasted coffee or 100% Arabica)
• Grind the coffee fresh, very rough! (50g coffee powder / 500ml water)
• Fill the coffee powder into the filter element
• Cover with fresh, room temperature or (cold) water
• At least 4 hours, better let it rest overnight in the refrigerator
• After the extraction time, remove the filter and rinse
• serve pure or with ice cubes (or one of the recipes)
• Shelf life in the refrigerator: max. 10 days
