The almost 100-year-old roasting tradition and the commitment to the ancestors serve as a daily reference for the Maria Sole team. Roasting over a wood fire gives Maria Sole coffee, in addition to its special taste, other individual characteristics that an industrially produced coffee cannot have.

The long roasting time of 30 minutes makes this coffee so light. It has a nutty crema, a pleasant acidity and a light aroma of hazelnut and chocolate. Round in the mouth and slightly pearly on the tongue. Delicate and tasty finish.
