The combination of lemon, lime, bergamot and the delicious Japanese fruit yuzu makes this treat a festival of flavours. To top it all off, a hint of salted liquorice completes the diversity of flavours.

The liquorice is cooked slowly and gently, giving it a particularly intense, slightly bitter aftertaste.
