Dogliani is a small family-run patisserie in northern Italy. With over 80 years' experience, the company prepares delicious pastries in the traditional way.
The sweet focaccia is an old Angelo Dogliani recipe. It's one of his specialities, made with fresh, natural yeast, dried grapes, candied fruit, figs, walnuts and pine nuts. A fruity, airy pastry that goes perfectly with a creamy cappuccino or a cup of coffee. You can really taste the artisanal quality.

Ingredients

Ingredients : Wheat flour, dried grapes, water, butter 8%, walnuts, flour, fresh yeast, egg yolk, figs, lemon and orange zest, glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulators: citric acid, sulphur dioxide; invert sugar, pine nuts, aniseed, cocoa butter, honey, salt, flavourings.
