Andrashko Espresso Bar Italia 250g

Espresso coffee, whole bean

Mixing ratio: 100% Arabica

The Italian bar is the origin of European coffee culture. It owes this to the espresso machine and its guardian of the Grail, the barista. One can see his attachment to the machine. His inspiration is the audience, every spectator a specialist.

The Andraschko coffee factory roasts each variety separately in a Probat drum roaster. Only carefully selected Arabica beans are used. The beans are first roasted slowly and gently, variety by variety, at temperatures between 200 and 220 degrees, before being combined to form this balanced mixture.

With much experience Elisabeth and Willy Andraschko as well as their colleagues manage to create a typical Triestine-style espresso blend.

Moka Efti Extra BAR

Whole espresso beans in 250g bag

This blend of Moka Efti with a small proportion of Robustabohnen can be described as an all-rounder.

In espresso with beautiful crema very well balanced with fine fruity acidity and well dosed aromas of dark chocolate. Just strong enough to be drunk in a cappuccino. Due to the medium roasting, this full-bodied but mild blend can also be enjoyed as a Schümli in a fully automatic machine. It tolerates the longer processing time without becoming watery or bitter. On the contrary, a wonderfully long cup awaits you, which tastes great right down to the last sip.

The selected Arabica and Robustabohnen are very nicely uniformly roasted and result in a good picture.

The packaging of the coffee is wonderfully traditional. The eye also drinks a little. The design with oriental elements is a wonderful reminiscence of the origins of this coffee. The coffee house MOKA Efti in Berlin in the 1920s embodied this style of art decoration and Arabic flair like no other restaurant.

*We have the exclusivity of Moka Efti, however we do NOT deliver this product in SWITZERLAND.

Mondicaffè - Giubileo EM

375g whole espresso beans

80% Arabica beans I 20% Robusta beans

This espresso coffee has been a favourite with a friend of ours for many years. Toni Ardente (owner of the espresso bar La Favorita in Hamburg) brought Mondicaffè to our attention and convinced us straight away.

The Giubileo EM by Mondicaffè is an expressive cuvée made up of four single origins - all sourced by Franco Mondi directly from small plantations and all of them exceptionally good.

These varieties are used for Mondicaffè EM Giubileo:

Ethiopia: Sidamo g. 2 | SA Bagersh PLC
Brazil: Fazenda Samanbaia | Campos dos Vertentes
Costa Rica: Turrialba | Finca Santa Rosa
India: Chickmagalur | Badra estate Parchment PB

Aromas

The sensual bouquet reveals cocoa beans, dark chocolate, fine almond nuances and a delicate hint of caramel. Strong and dense on the palate, with a wonderfully balanced ratio of fruit and toasted aromas of toasted bread.

Roasting

The beans are first roasted slowly and gently, variety by variety, at temperatures between 200 and 220 degrees before being composed into a balanced blend. The individual roasting ensures that the optimum taste is achieved. Very compact cream texture with hazelnut-brown streaks.

The coffee is excellent both in a fully automatic coffee machine and in a portafilter.

Passion, love and the high demands placed on all steps in production can be clearly felt in the cup.

Mondicaffè is CSC (Caffè Speciali Certificati) certified. The association was founded in Livorno in 1996 and Mondicaffè is one of the founding members. The certificate guarantees the high quality standards for the coffees. The test criteria include all processes for the production of premium coffee. (Harvest, processing of green coffee, transport, storage and roasting). Due to the ISO certification at all levels of production, the customer can rely on a product of the highest quality class.

Mondicaffe EM bean picture - The individual varieties are very easy to recognize, and despite their different sizes, they have a harmonious and even roasted appearance. The reason for this is the separate roasting of each variety with an individual profile.
