It all began when Alessia Alunni decided to acquire the historic Milanese brand "Golden Brasil Coffee" and bring it back to her native Rome. The Alunni family had been in the coffee business for 60 years and wanted to apply their long experience to the production of fine, refined coffees. Since then, their motto has been: "We roast a special quality coffee with an artisan experience in the noblest tradition of Italian espresso".

Atelier del Caffè Alunni
This commitment has paid off. Numerous blends have been awarded gold medals in international ‘Italian Espresso’ competitions. In addition to the prestigious traditional Golden Brasil brand, Alessia wanted to create her own BAR series with the new brand "Alunni - L'Atelier del Caffè." These "cuvées" meet the highest standards for Italian bars/cafes. Her parents, Luigina and Camillo Alunni, were and still are her great role models. They passed on their names and the recipe for two of their exceptional blends. With all the necessary passion and care, from bean selection to roasting, the varieties are delicious and affordable. The value for money is simply outstanding.
