The South Tyrolean roasting company Alps Coffee, which was founded in 1890, surprised us in 2021 with this very fresh blend. Like Peter Schreyögg's other blends, Allegria is ideal for automatic coffee machines and consists of aromatic Arabica beans. The beans come from Central America and are characterised by velvety notes of roasted nuts with slight floral nuances. The coffee is gently roasted in a medium intensity drum roaster, which minimises bitterness and acidity. The bean is a very uniform light brown colour with no cracks. A subtle, almost spicy fruitiness tickles the palate and perfectly complements the full body of the Allegria blend. A well-balanced blend created for lovers of the Northern Italian roasting culture. Perfect for espresso or as a base for milk-based creations like cappuccino & co.
